We love the larger basket and the longer handles. The handles are also metal and not plastic. the last poo scooper had plastic handles and they both broke in half where they connected. The larger basket means we can pick up more poo without having to change the bag. The scoop closes completely to contain poo and smell. Love Hygena Scoop.

Customer service is amazing! Hopefully you don't even need them, but if you do, they'll take care of it. The scoop is also amazing. I have an English Mastiff and I have been using my hands in plastic grocery bags to clean up dog poop that is the size of my hand twice a day for 8 years. This is 100% better than what I was doing. Seriously wish I had bought this sooner!
